Maximum age limit: 25 yrs, as on 1.04.2010
Post:Probationary Officer (HR)
Education:1st class in MSW/MBA (HRM/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) or First class in PG Degree/ Postgraduate Diploma in HRM/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized institution
Maximum age limit:25 yrs, as on 1.04.2010
* Students in college final year/semester with the above mentioned subjects & completing exams in May – June 2010 are also eligible to apply .
The selection process for BEL 2010 recruitment is through Written test & Interview.The written test is Objective type & will have questions based on the Engineering subjects (in specific discipline) & General aptitude.Shortlisted candidates proceed to Interview phase for final selection.
Candidates have to pay Rs.500(Gen/OBC) & Rs.200(SC/ST) through DD,drawn at any SBI branch & payable at New Delhi.The details of the payment have to be submitted during the online registration.
